In the five most intense years 1987-1992 Fré and Jacqueline Ilgen established a vast international network and an astounding number of activities, stirring a new discussion about constructive art, offering many artists a new platform for discourse, exchange and new professional opportunities. Based on a no budget situation they managed to find necessary support and collaboration of others for events, exhibitions and publications. This recently installed webpage may be inspiring to young people for generations to come.
